(this is what came up on image search when i searched for the mountain goats. it's kind of silly looking.)
i listened to this album for a time in high school, but tragically lost it when my hard drive got erased freshman year. now it's much more appropriate to my life, and as a result, i am going to listen to it forever on repeat and hope that i survive this semester.

All i ever, ever, ever listen to is All Hail West Texas. No, I'm serious. Is it because i'm from Texas? Or is it because it is the best album I've ever heard. I could listen to "Absolute Lithops Effect" all day, every day, if every time I listen to it i didn't get that pressure you get right between your eyes before you cry or when you look at something shiny right when you're about to sneeze.
ReplyDeleteI don't even know what the title means and I don't care. I just want to meld with that song. Alternatively, every song Cody ChesnuTT has ever written. Alternative alternatively: a bed that isn't one small step away comfort-wise from a mat on the floor, and some wine that i didn't recork last night with a wadded up paper towel.
